The Meetings Show is the hub of the UK inbound and outbound meetings sector, and we are pleased to invite you to join us. This year's show will take place on Wednesday 24 - Thursday 25 June, in halls N2-N3 of Excel London. Before registering, please familiarise yourself with our admission policy.

There are several ways for you to participate:

  • In-house planners, event agencies, association meetings organisers, PCO/AMCs, meetings and events organisers and those closely affiliated with the show, like speakers and exhibitors, have complimentary access to the event.
  • Everyone else will need to purchase a Trade Visitor pass to attend.

Badges will be emailed out to all attendees two weeks before the show, and all pass types include access to our co-located events: Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show, so take a look at your options and find the pass that's right for you...

VISITOR BUYER

Ticket price: Free

Designed for: Professionals worldwide who organise meetings, incentives, or events, whether full- or part-time, typically within corporate organisations, agencies, or associations.

Includes access to: 

  • Nearly 600 exhibitors

  • The onsite education programme

  • Onsite networking events and competitions

  • The event app - message & connect with other attendees, and plan your trip in advance by viewing the exhibitor list, map, and education programme

HOSTED BUYER

Ticket price: Free

Designed for: Decision-makers in the UK or Europe who organise meetings, incentives, or events for corporate organisations, agencies, or associations. Applications are reviewed based on event size and frequency, purchasing authority, and event locations.

This year, for the first time, a limited number of places are also available for US attendees.

Includes access to: 

  • All of the Visitor Buyer perks PLUS...

  • A dedicated appointment diary to plan 1:1 meetings

  • Travel and accommodation (if based outside of London)

  • Exclusive hosted buyer networking events and education

  • The opportunity to apply for a pre/post-show fam trip

TRADE VISITOR

For those who aren’t directly involved in organising meetings or events, and are not exhibiting, tickets are available to experience the show firsthand.

Please note trade visitors will not have access to buyer information, but can access the education, the exhibition floor, the event app plus our co-located shows Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show.

Order your stand passes via the exhibitor zone. Your stand admin will receive a login email when the exhibitor zone launches in April.

MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

Ticket price: Free

We're providing meeting facilities onsite for some industry associations/partners. As a member looking to attend one of these, your membership will provide you with a short registration form to get complimentary access into The Meetings Show. All attendees to The Meetings Show need a badge in order to enter. 

All invited members will be provided with a unique code with which to register, you will need this to hand. If you do not have one, please speak with your member organisation.

STUDENT

Ticket price: Free

Designed for: Students looking to get into the events industry

Includes access to: 
Nearly 700 exhibitors
The onsite education programme
Onsite networking events and competitions

SPEAKER

Ticket price: Free

All speakers will be sent a registration link by late March 2026.

Please note: There is no separate Speaker registration form. Instead, you’ll be contacted by the conference author and asked to register as either a Hosted Buyer, Visitor Buyer, Visitor Supplier, Press, or Exhibitor, depending on your attendance type. You will then receive a dual badge onsite, indicating your registration type, as well as your role as a Speaker at the show.
